Senior Solutions Specialist

Job description is building an artificial intelligence platform to transform the modern workforce. Our Ai platform “Jane” is a virtual team member that everyone can chat with to access information and streamline processes.   • Assist sales and client success personnel in the qualification of customer needs and performing pre demo needs analysis

  • Work with client stakeholders during implementation and assist with user training and education

  • Collaborate with and coordinate tasks between sales, client success, product design and engineering

  • Demonstrate the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via webex

  • Generate product demo scripts and scenarios and maintain demonstration environment(s)

  • Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects

  • Respond to Request for Information/Proposal documents

  • Stay current on product developments/releases

  • Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc

  • Stay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.

  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, security etc.

Experience Required:

  • Strong technical acumen (AI knowledge a bonus)

  • 2-3 years in pre-sales and/or as a customer-facing engineer

  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to quickly demonstrate credibility

  • Ability to work across different functional groups

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
