After an inaugural period honing our product-market fit, confirming market response with signed contracts, and securing funding with an $8.4M Series A raise, we're transitioning into delivery mode to deliver a supremely well-crafted product to our clients. We need someone who can own an area of’s development, driving projects from soup to nuts, making key tradeoffs between user experience, technology and business to deliver top-quality features that our customers will love.

The product is an AI-powered SaaS platform for business that makes company information accessible through a conversational interface. Users interact with via their existing messaging interfaces such as Slack, SMS, or email, and they ask their inquiries using conversational English. On the back end, can connect to cloud-based applications such as Salesforce, JIRA or Gmail, and she can mine the information out of text-based archives such as documents and websites. If a user asks a question she doesn't know, she routes it to a CoPilot — a "human in the loop" who works at the company and provides a response to the inquiry. No matter where the information lives, can get to it.

The role

We're looking for an experienced, visionary product manager to join the team to drive key areas of forward. As a product manager, you’ll work closely with our engineering and design teams to guide projects and features from conception to launch. As someone who bridges these disciplines, you know how to balance deep user research, data, and strategic intuition to define a new feature area, then work deeply with engineering to identify the tradeoffs that deliver the highest bang for our buck.  

But that’s not all - you’ll own the roadmap for your area, work with customers to understand their needs deeply, work with sales to train them in the latest feature you’ve launched, and work with customer success to make sure our users can get the greatest benefit from your efforts. To do this, you’ll need a bias for action and the ability to break down complex problems into clear steps that help move the company forward toward incredible solutions.

The work includes:

  • Launching features on a regular basis.

  • Identifying market needs and defining feature area vision and strategy.

  • Understanding user/customer needs and company strategy to clearly define new features and feature areas in conjunction with design.

  • Working with engineering to understand technical capabilities and limitations in order to define the highest ROI features and functionality.

  • Driving features forward cross-functionally to get features defined, built, and out the door.

  • Working with marketing, sales and customer success teams to get the most value out of each feature you build

You have:

  • Proven work experience as a software product manager

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Sufficient technical background to collaborate in software production

  • Communication and team management skills
