The product is building an artificial intelligence platform to transform the modern workforce. Think of it like a Siri or Alexa for work, but with secure access to all of your apps, documents and your institutional knowledge. Our Ai platform “Jane” is a virtual team member that everyone can chat with to access information and streamline processes.

Jane uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make all of your organization's information instantly accessible on a conversational interface. She can access and store data on any cloud-based system, capture the company's tacit knowledge, mine information out of documents, and make it all accessible in the simplest possible way — on mobile, using natural language, without any software to install or any login to remember. is funded by the incubator and recently raised a seven figure Series A round.


The role

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating copy for marketing campaigns, email marketing, collateral, website, social media and all pertinent touch points ensuring consistency across different channels in accordance with’s style and tone of voice, supporting business strategy, brand awareness.

The work includes:

  • Working with the Lead Gen & Marketing Teams to execute on the content strategy that supports marketing, product and other company-wide initiatives, both short- and long-term.

  • Write and edit engaging, high-quality copy with the ability to adapt to varying buyer personas and content formats (e.g. blog content, white papers, landing pages, emails, display ads, web, social media, etc.)

  • Developing email headlines that generate high open rates and email copy that generates high reply rates.

  • Experience in creating ads for search and social media.

  • Experience in Photoshop or other image creation software.

  • Understanding the elements of what makes high click through rate ad copy.

  • Experience with designing images for use in ads and social media.

  • Experience with managing social media profiles and optimizing content on social channels for engagement.

  • Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online and print.

  • Track content KPIs and analyze content performance against demand generation goals to help inform and optimize content strategy

  • Be flexible and let the data guide your content creation. Be able to iterate and move on.

You have:

  • 4 + years of experience with proven track record of creating and tracking content in a marketing context for SaaS companies.
